Who We Are
Our story
Round Table Thames Valley Lodge No. 9697 (RTTV 9697) is a Masonic lodge based at the Henley Masonic Centre in Henley-on-Thames. It was consecrated on 2 October 1999, founded by former members of the Round Table movement who wanted to carry on its spirit of friendship, socialising, and giving back—this time within Freemasonry.
Originally created by ex-Round Tablers who were also Freemasons, the lodge offered a natural next step for those moving on from Round Table, while keeping its relaxed, sociable feel. Although Round Table itself is no longer active in Henley-on-Thames, RTTV 9697 has gone from strength to strength. Today, it’s a diverse and welcoming lodge, bringing together men from all walks of life, backgrounds, and experiences—whether they’ve come through Round Table or not.
Meeting regularly at the Henley Masonic Centre, the lodge continues to blend tradition with a modern, friendly approach—focused on good company, shared experiences, and making a positive difference locally.
